Driver's blind-corner close call on NSW road

A driver near Dorrigo in northern NSW had a close call as he drove through a winding road and nearly smashed into another car on a blind corner.

The driver was making his way down the twisty and forested Waterfall Way when he nearly smashed into the other driver head-on.

The road with many sharp and blind corners borders the Dorrigo National Park with thick rainforest lining its sides.

A dashcam captured the frightening close call when the driver rounds a turn only to be confronted by a Toyota Hilux that had drifted wide onto the wrong side of the road.

A blue Nissan Pulsar comes around the corner followed by a white Hilux which swerves back to the right side of the road, narrowly avoiding the head-on.

"F------ hell," the driver screams as he slams on the brakes before carrying on along the treacherous road.
