AAP
The driver of a car is dead following a single vehicle accident in Sydney's southwest.
Police believe the car clipped a kerb and hit a power pole as the driver headed north on Moorebank Avenue towards Liverpool about 9pm on Thursday (AEST).
Power lines were brought down and emergency services said the driver, who was the sole occupant of the car and is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
