Three unit blocks evacuated in Hornsby after crane collapses on neighbouring construction site

Three unit blocks have been evacuated after a crane collapsed at a construction site in Sydney's north.
The crane fell onto a four-level building under construction at the site on Sherbrook Road in Hornsby this morning.
Around 70 residents were forced to leave their homes as a precaution.

Fire and Rescue NSW crews are at the site and are using other cranes to remove the wreckage.
Engineers are also at the scene.
