Couple caught with 4kg coke at Syd Airport

A German couple have been charged after allegedly trying to sneak 4kg of cocaine through Sydney Airport hidden in the lining of their suitcases.
According to the Australian Federal Police, a 37-year-old man and 49-year-old woman arrived on a flight from Dusseldorf and were arrested after a baggage examination found cocaine hidden in their two suitcases.
The couple were charged with importing a commercial quantity of a controlled drug and are due to face Parramatta Local Court on Friday.
