Cleaner charged with child sexual assault

A 57-year-old window cleaner has been charged with the 2010 sexual assault of a seven-year-old girl at a home in Sydney's north.

The assault was allegedly committed by the self-employed Ashfield man who had been working at the girl's family home.

He appeared before Burwood Local Court on Friday and was granted conditional bail to next appear at Downing Centre Local Court on September 15.
