Two men are in hospital after being hit by a car in inner-Sydney.

Emergency services were called to the corner of Murray St and Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont just before 5pm on Tuesday after the car reportedly veered onto a footpath.

An Ambulance spokeswoman told AAP one of the men suffered critical head injuries, while the other is in a serious condition with injuries to his head and limbs.
