Boys arrested after Sydney car chase
AAP
Six teenage boys have been charged following a police pursuit on Sydney's northern beaches.
Officers were called to Queenscliff on Friday afternoon on reports of several males trying to steal a bicycle from the backyard of a home.
The boys, all teenagers, fled the scene in a Toyota Prado, which crashed into another car nearby.

The group fled from the scene but officers found five hiding under a house and one in nearby bushland.
Police say they used Polair and the dog squad to track the youths down.
They were arrested and charged at Manly Police Station.
Four of the boys will face a children's court on Saturday and the remaining two on Monday.
