Boy suffers scrapes in NSW quad bike crash

An eight-year-old boy has escaped with just cuts and bruises after crashing his quad bike on NSW's Central Coast.
The boy was riding the bike at Paul Oval in Holgate on Sunday afternoon when it flipped and rolled about 10 metres.
A Careflight helicopter crew attended to him at the scene before airlifting him to Westmead Children's Hospital in Sydney, where he is in a stable condition.
