A three-year-old boy is fighting for life after being discovered by his father in a pond in Sydney's north.
Police say the toddler wandered from his Ingleside home onto the adjoining property, sparking a search by his family.
His father found the boy just before 3pm on Monday and a nearby member of the public raised the alarm.
