The owner tried to stop them.

“I couldn't believe that happened in here, and they are so young,” he said.

CCTV shows another man racing in to help his mum – at one point grabbing onto one of the boys before two others race back. He was outnumbered.

“They just came back and punch my left eye,” he said.

“My mum also got attacked on her face, her cheek here.”

Four of the group fled but bystanders held the 13-year-old down until police arrived.

He was arrested and charged with larceny.

The owners said the other four were last seen getting on a bus nearby.
