Bouncer charged over Padstow pub punch

A bouncer has been charged over an assault outside a pub in Sydney's southwest that left a man unconscious.
The 34-year-old victim is still in Liverpool Hospital in a serious but stable condition after being punched in the head.
Paramedics found the man unconscious after he was hit outside the pub in Padstow on Friday night.

Two men had been kicked out of the pub and were fighting on the ground when a bouncer tried to break it up, police say.
The victim then intervened in the fracas and was punched in the head and fell to the ground.
A 38-year-old bouncer has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and is due to appear at Bankstown Local Court on December 2.
