Boat ablaze in Padstow

A fire has caused more than $100,000 worth of damage to a boat in Sydney's southwest.

Emergency services were called to a home in Padstow at 12.15am on Tuesday, where they found the cruiser ablaze on a trailer outside the residence.

The fire was extinguished but the boat was extensively damaged.

Police say the blaze is suspicious and are investigating.
