TODAY'S PROMISES

Govt

- $224m funding commitment for the state's top primary school teachers to mentor and coach their NSW colleagues under a re-elected Baird government.

- $50m for upgrades to Bowral Hospital

- $120m to redevelop Goulburn Hospital

Labor

- Labor will spend $96 million over the next four years hiring 735 new nurses in emergency departments and 105 new nurses in paediatric wards.

- Will legislate to enforce ratios of one nurse for every three patients in emergency care.

- Confirmed a $307m upgrade to Kogarah's St George Hospital.

Greens

- The NSW Greens want $900m of government money stripped from private schools and colleges and put into TAFE.
