- $300m reserved from poles and wires lease for a new hospital in Rouse Hill.

- $205m for road upgrades across the Upper Hunter.

- $12m funding boost for community transport.

Labor

- $323m for major redevelopment of Sydney's Concord Hospital.

- $7.4m for free whooping cough vaccines to all pregnant women.
