Huxley's flatmate terrified beyond belief
Morgan Huxley's flatmate was terrified beyond belief after she found his body in a pool of blood at their Sydney unit, a court has heard.
In the early hours of September 8, 2013, Mr Huxley was allegedly stabbed 28 times by Daniel Kelsall, who is on trial for his murder at the NSW Supreme Court.
Paramedics were called to the unit by the boyfriend of Jean Redmond, who lived with Mr Huxley.
The first ambulance arrived just after 3am.
Senior paramedic David Rugby told the Supreme Court he found Mr Huxley naked from the waist down, with fixed, dilated pupils.
"There was no cardiac output," he said on Thursday.
Mr Huxley had what appeared to be several stab wounds to his chest and two "significant" three-centimetre punctures on his neck.
"The floor was soaked through," he said of the amount of blood under Mr Huxley's body.
