Four dead, 7985 new COVID-19 cases in NSW amid new reporting system
Four people in New South Wales have died from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, with the state reporting 7985 new cases.
There are 64 patients in intensive care units, and 170,733 active cases in NSW.
From today, NSW Health has scaled back the way it reports COVID-19 cases, in a further sign things are returning to normal.

NSW Health used to provide a detailed daily case information, but that report will now be released weekly, supported by short, snapshot styled updates on social media.
Four deaths in Victoria
Victoria today also recorded four deaths, and 7643 cases.
There are 52,806 active cases in the state, with 31 patients in ICU.
Today's fatalities increases total COVID-19 deaths in Victoria to 2904.
