NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet is being accused of double standards over an alleged "cabal of anti-vaxxers" among his MPs, but nobody has been named.

Speaking under the protection of parliamentary privilege today, Labor MLC Walt Secord declared the government "has one set of rules for the public and workers, and another for its own MPs".

While supporting vaccination mandates, he said they have forced more than 1100 unvaccinated public health workers to resign.

Teachers and those working in child care, aged care, airports, quarantine and transport are also required by the NSW Government to be vaccinated.

"We support vaccinations for essential workers, but we also support consistency," Mr Secord said.

"They force unvaccinated workers out of the workplace, but they refuse to take action against their own."

Mr Secord said there is a "cabal of anti-vaxxers within the NSW Liberal Party's parliamentary ranks" and called for the premier to "take action" against them.

"What kind of message does it send when the government is kicking workers out of their jobs while allowing its own MPs to come in and out of parliament and evade the very rules their party and government enforces on others?" he said.

But the former Shadow Health Minister stopped short of naming which MPs he believes to be "anti-vaxxers" or how many.
