P-plater charged after allegedly injuring six people in crash
A P-plater has been charged after a crash in Sydney's south-west injured six people, including children.
The smash unfolded in front of police around 2am yesterday on Milperra Road, Milperra, when the driver was allegedly observed speeding at 140km/h in a 70km/h zone before his sedan crashed into a nearby car.
A woman and three children were trapped inside the second car before being taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Two male passengers in the sedan, both aged 18, were taken to hospital for treatment.
The driver of the sedan, an 18-year-old man, was taken to hospital under police guard and later charged with 11 offences, including dangerous driving.
He will appear in court and has had his licence suspended.
