NSW bushfires: Sydney Airport faces major delays due to smoke and wind

Bushfires have caused major delays at Sydney Airport.

Thick smoke and strong winds from the southerly change have caused delays of about one hour at both the domestic and international terminals.

Strong southerly winds have made it too difficult to land or take-off.

The number of runways in use has been drastically reduced.
