Nova host Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli films birth of second son on head-cam

Nova 969 breakfast radio host Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli and his wife Lisa have welcomed a second son, whose birth was captured on a camera strapped to Wippa's head.

The couple confirmed the birth on social media this morning, after naming their newborn Jack Walter David Wipfli.

Images show Wippa and his wife smiling while holding Jack, with Wippa wearing a head-mounted camera, possibly a GoPro, over his hospital hair net.

"Both mum and bub are doing well," Nova wrote on its Fitzy and Wippa Instagram account.

Yesterday, Mrs Wipfli posted a photograph to Instagram of them in an elevator, captioned "Time to meet our little man".

The couple already have a toddler named Ted.
