Nick Cannon confirms split from wife Mariah Carey

One of Hollywood’s most recognisable power couples has called it a day, with television presenter Nick Cannon confirming that he and diva wife Mariah Carey have separated.
The 33-year-old host of America’s Got Talent told The Insider that he and Carey had been living in separate houses for “a few months.”
Celebrity gossip website TMZ reported yesterday that lawyers for Carey and Cannon had begun to negotiate property and custody agreements, and predicted that divorce was on the cards.
The couple have been married for six years and have three-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
