New Australian envoy for Portugal

Australia is sending a new ambassador to Portugal.
Peter Rayner, a career diplomat with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is replacing outgoing envoy Anne Plunkett.
He'll also have responsibility for representing Australia's interests in Portuguese-speaking African countries Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe.
