* Household bills expected to fall an average $110-$115 per year between 2020 and 2030.

* A "reliability guarantee" to deliver the necessary level of dispatchable energy in each state.

* An "emissions guarantee" to contribute to Australia's international commitments.

* Coal, gas, hydro and biomass rewarded for dispatchability (providing power when it's needed most).

* Wind, solar and hydro no longer subsidised.
