Man shot, another injured in home invasion in Melbourne's south-east
A man has been shot multiple times and another has been injured during a violent home invasion in Melbourne's south-east.
A group allegedly forced their way into a home on Cherrywood Way in Narre Warren about 12.40am and "got into an altercation" with the two of men living there.
One of the residents, a 31-year-old man, was shot multiple times in the lower body.

Another, a 23-year-old man, suffered a hand injury. 9News

Three women and another man who were also inside the house were not injured.
Police believe the attack was targeted.
