NAB users complain as mobile banking app goes down

From approximately 7pm, NAB's mobile banking app – used to check balances, transfer money and make payments – started experiencing intermittent login issues.

Many customers complained to the bank's Twitter page, to which NAB replied that its desktop-based banking website was still operational.
"Hi, the mobile app is experiencing intermittent login issues, sorry about this," NAB's Twitter account replied to one frustrated user.
"Desktop Internet Banking is working fine, so could you please use that in the meantime."
The bank said it is working on a fix and will provide an update in due time.
