MP uses parliament for sunscreen warning

A federal MP has used the floor of parliament to urge school leavers to wear sunscreen when they hit the beaches for Schoolies week.
Western Australian Labor MP Matt Keogh used Baz Lurhmann's song 'Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen' during an adjournment debate on Tuesday night.
"I address my remarks to the ladies and gentlemen of the class of 2016: wear sunscreen," he paraphrased.

The song goes on to mention the anti-ageing benefits of sunscreen for the "beauty of your youth".
