Woman and boy reported missing from Gold Coast found safe and well

A woman and boy missing from the Gold Coast for more than 24 hours have been found safe and well.

The woman, 31, and a four-year-old boy had been last seen walking on Vona Place in Labrador about 7pm on Saturday.

Police asked residents and business owners on the northern Gold Coast to check their properties.

It was confirmed this morning the pair had been located.

Police thanked the public for their assistance.
