Clarke's medical bid to save some of the cricketing summer
Cricketing captain Michael Clarke has said he is doing as he's told by medical experts, in a bid to salvage some of the summer after a torn hamstring.
Long sessions in physiotherapy have become a familiar routine for Clarke, who has had a troublesome back treated for 15 years.
Today's headlines suggesting he's out of the four-test series against India starting on December 4.
Clarke tore his hamstring for the third time in six weeks against South Africa on Friday in Perth. Getting to the heart of the problem is proving baffling for the experts.

While surgery has been suggested, Clarke said: "I haven't even thought about it...haven't even contemplated it".
His scans are in the hands of the best, and that's exactly where Clarke intends to leave his immediate future.
While Australian cricket officials say they would prefer Clarke to sit out the Indian series this summer and have his hamstring 100 percent fit and ready to go for the World Cup and Ashes next year, Clarke has other ideas.
