Melissa Caddick's husband evicted from Dover Heights mansion

Anthony Koletti, the husband of missing conwoman Melissa Caddick, has been evicted from the luxury five-bedroom mansion the couple shared in Sydney's Dover Heights.

Liquidators Jones Partners confirmed the move in a statement released today. 

"In accordance with court orders Anthony Koletti has now vacated the Dover Heights property and we have taken possession of it," the statement said.

Koletti had been living at the Dover Heights home rent-free since Caddick's disappearance in November 2020.

Jones Partners said it would now be preparing to put the house on the market and engage a real estate agent.

"We anticipate strong interest in the Dover Heights property given the feedback we have received to date," the firm said.

Earlier this month, Koletti told the Federal Court the house had an estimated value of between $15 million to $17 million.

Koletti was married to Caddick for eight years, until her presumed death in February 2021 when her partial remains were discovered on a South Coast beach, about 500 kilometres south of Sydney.

Australian Federal Police and the corporate regulator ASIC had raided Caddick's house in 2020 over a Ponzi scheme she had been running for years.

The sale of the house is expected to go towards paying back some of the $23 million that Caddick stole from investors, most of whom were her family and friends.

Jones Partners said it was continuing to make good progress in recovering Caddick's assets and would be holding an investor creditor meeting within the next two weeks.

A coronial inquest into Caddick's presumed death will be held in September and a judge has scheduled the next case management hearing for September 19.
