Two in hospital after gunfire in Melbourne McDonald's carpark
Two people are in hospital after gunshots erupted in in a fast food outlet carpark overnight in Melbourne's west.
9News understands police were called to the McDonald's on Friendship Drive, Tarneit, just before midnight after reports of gunfire.
A short time later officers found a man on Tarneit Road with an injury to his hand.

He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Another man was found near businesses on Derrimut Road with upper body injuries.
He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but in a stable condition.
A scene has been taped off and two cars have been sectioned off along Derrimut Road.
