A body has been found during a large-scale search for a 28-year-old Queensland man who went missing last week.

Jayden Usher was last seen by family on Booth Street in Kingaroy in the South Burnett region, about 3am on October 5.

Police later found his vehicle nearby.

Residents were yesterday urged to keep an eye out for a missing black iPhone 15, that may have been discarded in a park, yard, bushes or drain.

The Dog Squad was called in yesterday to help officers from the Stock Squad scour open paddocks and grassland on Kelvyn Street.

Volunteers from the State Emergency Service were also asked to assist.

Queensland Police said they had located a body at a River Road property during the search this morning.

"No definite determinations have been made at this stage," police said in a statement.

Investigations are ongoing.
