Wanted man on the run after Sydney kidnapping and hit-run

A wanted man is believed to be at large in Sydney, after a kidnapping and hit-run crash.
Bilal El Hassan, 36, is wanted on two arrests warrants in relation to a kidnapping in Glendenning in August, and a hit-run crash in Revesby in May.
He is also wanted on a revocation of parole warrant, police said in a statement today.

El Hassan is described as being of Mediterranean appearance, about 180cm tall and muscular.
He has been known to frequent the Bankstown area, investigators said.
