Girl indecently assaulted by man in Melbourne computer game store

Victoria Police is appealing for witnesses after a girl was allegedly indecently assaulted by a man at a Frankston shopping centre on Boxing Day.

Detectives said the 12-year-old was with her family at Bayside Shopping Centre on Beach Street on Friday when they visited a computer game store on the ground level just after 2.30pm.

While inside the store the little girl noticed a man was following her around the shop, and when she joined the queue to buy a game, the same man stood behind her and indecently assaulted her.

He is described as short, unshaven and with dark brown hair.

At the time of the alleged attack he was wearing a black t-shirt with a blue logo, and a cap.
