Man trapped between rocks in Victorian water-carved labyrinth

A man has become trapped between rocks at a nature reserve in regional Victoria.

A rescue operation is underway to free the man whose lower body is wedged between the rocks at Britannia Creek Cave, near the Yarra Ranges.

The caves are a tourist attraction where people can walk between water-carved labyrinths.

Authorities say they received an alert at 12.10pm on Tuesday and two specialised rescue operators are at the scene.
