Sydney worker's face burned as forklift burst into flames after crash with skip bin
A man is being treated in hospital for burns to his face and body after his forklift burst into flames when it collided with a skip bin at a worksite in south-west Sydney.
The man, aged 62, has since been taken to Concord Hospital and is now in a stable condition.
The blaze erupted just after 11am today and firefighters were deployed to the scene.

It's understood a forklift and building materials make up part of the blaze. 9News
"The patient suffered flash burns to his face and both arms when his forklift caught fire after colliding with a skip bin," NSW Ambulance Inspector David Kynaston said.
"Bystanders began first-aid until we arrived and continued treatment, which included cooling the burn areas and administering pain relief.
"As we continued our treatment, there was some concern that the patient's airway may have been compromised.
"A specialist medical team attended and helped to monitor the patient's airway on the way to hospital."
