Man stabbed multiple times at Doonside apartment

A man aged in his 30s has been sustained multiple stab wounds in an apparent domestic incident at Doonside. (9NEWS) (9NEWS)
A man has been stabbed multiple times in an apparent domestic dispute in Sydney’s west.
Just before 1am police were called to a unit in Perigee Close, Doonside after reports of an altercation.

On arrival, they were met by a man and a woman, both aged in their 30s.
The man had suffered wounds to his chest, back, neck and shoulder which were reportedly inflicted with a steak knife.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The woman was taken to Blacktown Police Station where she is assisting officers with their inquiries.
