Young man shot several times at western Sydney home

A 25-year-old man has been taken to hospital in a critical condition after he was found with several gunshot wounds at a home in Sydney's west.

Police were called to reports of gunshots outside a home in Erskine Park just before 9pm, and found the wounded man. 

He was treated at the scene by paramedics and has since been taken to hospital.
