Police investigate possible drive-by shooting after man arrives at Sydney hospital with gunshot wound in leg

Police are appealing for information after a man turned up to a hospital in Sydney's west with a gunshot wound.
The 29-year-old attended Canterbury Hospital early on Saturday morning after being shot in the lower leg, police say.
Twenty-five minuter later, police were called to Frances Street, South Wentworthville following reports of gunshots being heard.

Police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked.
