Man shot by police due in court

A Brisbane man shot by police during a domestic dispute is due to appear in court on Friday.
Morris Mickelo, 29, was shot twice in the stomach after allegedly throwing an officer through a plate glass window.
Officers had been called to the Capalaba unit, on Brisbane's bayside, on Saturday night amid reports of domestic violence.

Mickelo is in a stable condition and his case was heard in Brisbane arrests' court on Monday in his absence.
The matter was adjourned until Friday.
Mickelo is facing three serious assault charges including grievous bodily harm and intent to maim, disfigure or disable.
