Man seriously injured in Barwon Prison stabbing
A man has been seriously injured after being stabbed at Barwon Prison this afternoon.
A man has been seriously injured after being stabbed at Barwon Prison this afternoon.
Authorities told 9NEWS a 41-year-old man has been airlifted to a Melbourne Hospital following the stabbing at 12:30pm.

Paramedics said they are treating the man for upper body injuries.
He is in a serious but stable condition.
Barwon Prison is a maximum security jail, located about 68 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
