Man on drug charges: kids seen at home

A 57-year-old man has been charged with drug dealing offences after police received reports of children picking up packages from the man's home south of Perth.

Police found two hydroponic set-ups, 10 grams of cannabis and drug paraphernalia at a house on McLarty Street, Dwellingup and allege children as young as 13 were "attending a local residence before school and exiting with packages".

The man has been charged with cultivating a prohibited plant with intent to sell and possessing a prohibited drug and is due to appear in Mandurah Magistrates Court on July 1.
