A worker at a multi-storey construction site in Liverpool has suffered head injuries after a workplace accident.
The man was rescued from the second floor of the building shortly before 2pm today.

He was placed in a first aid cage and lowered to the ground, before being carried to an ambulance and taken to hospital.
Fire and Rescue NSW was on scene to assist paramedics in safely bringing the man to the ground level.
