Man hospitalised after Qld skateboard fall

A man is in a critical condition after a serious skateboarding accident in Moreton Bay.

Emergency services were called to Napean Avenue in Arana Hills about 7.15pm on Wednesday following reports a man was lying on the roadway after apparently falling off an electric skateboard and hitting his head.

The 40-year-old man was treated for injuries at the scene before being transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's hospital in a critical condition.
