A 27-year-old man Perth who was struck by a boat propeller over the weekend has died in hospital from his injuries.
Matthew Price was out with friends on the Murray River at Ravenswood when he was hit by the propeller and rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.
His wife announced that he had died overnight.
"Today I had to say the hardest goodbye of my life, to my husband and best friend," Amy Price posted on Facebook.
"Matty you will live on forever in my heart. You were an amazing person and an even better husband.
"No man will ever live up to you in my eyes. You are my soul mate in this life and the next, you make sure you wait for me up there."
Police are investigating and have seized the near-eight metre cabin cruiser for forensic examination.
