Car surfer clings to roof of moving vehicle on Sydney street

A man has been filmed recklessly car surfing along a street in Sydney’s south-west.

The wild ride took place on Noble Avenue in Greenacre about 5pm today and was filmed by a stunned fellow driver.

The video, obtained by 9NEWS, shows the man clinging to the top of the moving vehicle, as another man remains behind the wheel.

9NEWS understands the vehicle, which was displaying P-plates, has been reported to police.
