Man dies in Sydney balcony fall

A man has died in hospital after falling from a second-floor balcony on Sydney's North Shore.

About 8.15pm yesterday, emergency services found the 31-year-old with serious injuries on the ground of a unit complex on Milson Road in Cremorne. 

Paramedics treated him at the scene before he was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he later died.

Police have established a crime scene and have interviewed witnesses to determine how the man came to fall.
