Man, 44, dead after skydiving accident at Goulburn, NSW

A man has died in a parachuting accident during a skydiving festival in NSW.

It's believed the 44-year-old from Sydney was participating in the Skyplay festival hosted by Adrenalin Skydive at Goulburn, in the state's southern tablelands, on Monday when the accident occurred.

His death is the second at Goulburn airport in just over a month after experienced parachutist Tony Rakov, 44, died while saving a teenage boy after a gust of wind caused their tandem parachute to suddenly plummet to the ground in November.
