Man dies in head-on collision in regional Victoria

A 28-year-old man has died after his vehicle veered onto the wrong side of the road and collided with another car at Vectus, near Horsham.

Police believe the man was driving his Toyota Camry down Horsham-Noradjuha road just before midday when he collided with an oncoming car.

He died at the scene.

His passenger, a female also aged 28, was taken to hospital with cuts and bruises.

The occupants of the other car, a couple from Tasmania aged in their 60s, were taken to hospital for observation.

Investigations into the accident continue.
