Man dies following collision between motorbike and water truck on Gold Coast
A man has died following a highway collision between a motorbike and a water truck on the Gold Coast.
Initial police investigations suggests the man, 25, from New South Wales, was riding his motorcycle along the Pacific Motorway at Tugun around 6.30am before the incident.
It's then believed the motorbike was involved in a nose-to-tail collision with a nearby water truck.

The man sustained critical injuries after coming off his motorcycle and died at the scene.
The driver of the water truck was not physically injured.
Gold Coast District Forensic Crash Unit have begun investigations into the incident and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact them.
The incident caused major delays along the Pacific Motorway during peak-hour traffic but has since been cleared.
