Man killed and three children hurt in crash near Griffith

A man has died and three children are in hospital after a single-vehicle crash in New South Wales.

Their car was found crashed into a power pole south of Griffith about 2.20pm yesterday.

Emergency services attended and found the driver, a 28-year-old man, dead at the scene.

The front-seat passenger, a nine-year-old child, was taken to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition, while two other children, aged two and nine, were taken to Griffith Base Hospital also in stable conditions.
